Field monitoring require local sensoring for local information. With our SoftSense unit you will always stay in touch with the farm equipment and the farm water parameters. SoftSeaweed believe that local data is important as a key information source in understanding the big picture. By using the SoftSense, you will also be able to monitor your farm equipment, in addition to monitor the seaweed water properties. With the smart HW design, the rechargeable battery will last for 6 to 9 months, always stay in touch using cellular or satellite communication. Using the internal GPS, all data continually logged will relate to time and position.

Plug-ad-play
The unit can be shipped by postal services and easily installed by the user without special competence or sensor experience. The unit is attached with the provided bracket, a bracket that can easily be modified if needed to fit any floating object. The SoftSense will by itself connect to your cloud account and start to send continuously timeseries. Minor service will be needed, only removing biological growth, and recharging the battery every 6-9 month. The SoftSense will take care of the rest!
